For Seton Hall, as far as I know it's nothing more than that, with limited available scholarships (currently none, but things open up), they're choosing to target bigger fish and also more interested in guards for 2017. Rafus was set to make his commitment last Friday, but then decided he needed more time. Rumors are he delayed his commitment because SHU was going to be his choice but they backed out.

Odd if true, Rafus is a fringe top 150 recruit, hopefully they can land someone bigger.
