The best thing to do would be charge the entering schools a fee to join that takes into account the start up costs of the league and then have all schools share equally. I think the way the deal will be structured is to have the entering schools receive less money to start as a way of offsetting a joining fee. I would assume after several years, all schools would be on equal footing.
