Postby gtmoBlue » Wed Mar 27, 2024 6:03 pm

Hey guys... Looked for this thread and didn't see one.

gtmo's quick take on the Sweet 16... https://bluenotes2.com/in-the-paint-posts/ "Win the Weekend"

Loving how our teams are hangin tough. Pulling hard for lil Creighton and Marquette this weekend. UConn seems a lock. :)
All the best fellas. Miss you guys.

What's with Arizona getting to play in Los Angeles in UNC bracket? Final 4 is in Phoenix, too. Hopefully they lose tonight.

I am not going to go back and check every tournament, but it feels like schools out west get favorable locations. A LOT more good teams east of Mississippi, fewer out west, yet sites are distributed more evenly and they probably need to sell tickets.

I don't really see UConn not winning the title, but one of the few scenarios I had feared for them was having to play AZ in AZ.

I wish the mens refs did what the womens refs do and when they're reviewing before they look, they say what they're looking at.
