Wild game, congrats Jays. Definitely a tough one to swallow though. Plenty of bad calls but ways throughout, but some particularly brutally timed ones for the Hall between the missed travel at the end of regulation to send it to OT, the phantom foul on the floor to take the winning point off the board at the end of OT2, and the Ashworth flop in OT3 becoming the game deciding moment.

Only have themselves to blame for letting it get that close though. It was a good run but the Hall wss due for a let down game .

The fact that Bediako played like he wanted to foul out in the first half, and finished with only two fouls, while Ashworth finished with four should tell you everything you need to know about the officiating in this game. He and Addae-Wusu could do no wrong.

Hall2012 - I could easily double your ref complaints. It was so bad that I heard a report stating the school would change their name to Cheaton Hall had they prevailed.

5 on 9 if you include the idiot behind the scoring table that yelled right at McDermott so consistently throughout the broadcast that you could hear all of his expletives on TV for 3 hours. That guy was such a dipshit he should have been tossed from the game.

I hope he feels good about himself now that his team lost and his voice is hoarse.

There were horrible calls both ways... Funny how you only notice the calls against you when you have a team in the fight. Why I try not to complain about refs on this board for Butler game. But the BE has some that try and insert themselves at weird times.

You shot 36 threes and still drew more fouls than us. Try watching without the bluejay glasses.

Creighton fouls less than any team in the country.

The fact that Hall fans are online thinking they got robbed is laughable. Game never should’ve even gone into OT if refs didn’t give you a home court whistle.

Playing through hacks makes all Big East teams better in March Madness. Big ten calls every touch… it’s consistent with the NCAA tournament but look at the results.
