The problem with the Matrix is that it has brackets from a week ago. At the tail end when it's done daily it makes more sense.
Also it doesn't have a quality thing to it- where any bracket published is counted. To include ones that historically have not been good at all are counted.

Once we get to March, submissions start happening much more quickly, though it still pays to keep an eye on the dates along the top.
