$5,000 fine, 3 years of probation and vacating all 3 wins in which James Wiseman participated.

This ruling by the NCAAs Independent Accountability Resolution Process (IARP) panel indicates that 'all is well' in Indianapolis.
Arizona and Kansas will also walk scott-free from Major rule violations.

Cleveland St and WKU better brace themselves to getting slammed by the NCAA for the 'Big Boys' transgressions.

Arizona has their penalties handed out today.

Saw it brought up on twitter that if Sean Miller is suspended, he'd have to begin to serve that suspension immediately.

So far been a lot of nothing-burgers on the penalties. Will that continue?

and from Pat Forde: Source: "Zero" sanctions for Sean Miller in forthcoming IARP ruling on Arizona. Decision should be publicly released in 30 minutes.

Sean Miller ruled explicitly innocent by the NCAA.

FBI investigation and IARP turned out to be a joke. Basically no punishments and Miller was held harmless, despite fact that both of his assistants were guilty and one is now doing jail time. Umm ok.

Our Athletic Director served on the NCAA Infractions Committee and his due diligence on Sean Miller was otherwise complete. Xavier would never have hired him had there been a major issue for Sean.

If anything was a joke, it was the amount of time that was spent over all of this.

Kansas has to remove their 2018 Final Four banner for playing Silvio DeSousa. They also have to vacate 16 wins for games that he played in, which means that Kentucky has now regained the all-time wins lead over the Jayhawks.

Still, a pretty minor penalty considering the heft of the charges against KU and Bill Self.
