You would've told me back in mid-January that Xavier was going to be in this predicament and I would've called you crazy.

The Big East swallowed up all Xavier had to offer. Absolutely unreal

And to think only reason they're even this close is that bonkers comeback vs Creighton.

Anyone know which teams St. John's should root for? Basically the regular season champs during their conference tournaments? I think we'll be one of the final teams into the NIT, or maybe a 4 seed if we're allowed to host. Really need an invite to keep this season from being a total failure.

Xavier unfortunately will likely be a 1 seed in the NIT.

So right now after today only sitting on 9 NIT bid thieves. Fewest since 2010 season. Last 9 tournaments had an average of almost 12. So I think St John's should be safe.
