Bellarmine beat the Jacksonville Dolphins, runners-up in 1970 with Artis Gilmore. But since Bellarmine is only in year-2 in Div-1, that allows Jacksonville State (from Alabama) to make the Big Dance.

UNC Wilmington and Delaware are matched up. Delaware has the only female school mascot in men's Division-One hoops.

Pizza Rat was one of the few fans in Brooklyn who watched the NC State Bricklayers Convention vs Clemson. Louisville is up big on my wife's alma mater Ramblin Wreck, whose 6th man off the bench is Josh Pastner's 1973-era sideburns.

Fun game out west at 9pm where Gonzaga and St Mary's play for the championship.
