Pretty wild how Creighton is surpassing X despite them playing with almost all freshmen.

We lost everyone and then our sixth man has been out all year too. So what’s the diagnosis for XU? I’ve seen you beat us twice so they can’t be all that bad.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.

so something that is interesting, and could conceivably help Nova.. All schools are asked for their preference for location in the tourney.

Duke has selected Chicago over Philly. Chicago is Coach K's hometown.

So this only applies for the 1 seed. From David Warlock-
If a school is the top 2 seed (overall number 5), they can't go to the overall #1 seed's region, and they can't go to a region occupied by a team from their conference. If neither of those stipulations are in play, they go to the closest region, regardless of stated preference.

Lunardi did one of his mid night updates....

Has Xavier now as the 4th team in.

Creighton not even one of the last 4 with a bye now.

UConn drops behind Texas on the 5 line and I'm sure now behind Arkansas as well.

Still has Providence as a 3. He's one that pretty much moved them back up to a 3 right after the committee rankings.

I saw the WCC tournament schedule and didn't know if this was for real. They basically give the top 2 seeds a gift:

Gonzaga runs that conference and that favors them greatly so not too surprised.

Hey. If you are a small mid-major conference. You gotta do what you gotta do to get your best 2 teams in the tournament.

The thing that is funny is that it really doesn't work. OVC and WCC have done it a lot and between them the 1 seed wins about 50% of the time only.
