For better or worse, the picture has changed for several Bubble Watch teams:
Seton Hall is rising. It wasn't too long ago that mock brackets were showing the Pirates as an iffy No. 10 seed. Now, after a road win at Xavier completed the season sweep of the Musketeers, Kevin Willard's team may be within 80 minutes of lock status.
Xavier is slipping. Losing at home to Seton Hall by 16 constituted one of the highest "leverage" bubble games of the season for any team. The Musketeers plunged in the NET rankings, and the loss ensured that Travis Steele's group will finish under .500 in Big East play. True, that record is missing a road date at Georgetown that was canceled in January. Nevertheless, a Wednesday Big East tournament pairing with Butler, DePaul or the Hoyas would do XU no favors.

Feels like Seton Hall is pretty safe IMO and is now just playing for seeding.
