Ah, forgot about the lost Providence game. Still, Creighton shouldn't need to win 12 BE games to play in Dayton, especially given their uneven schedule with a lost home game.

I think some of it is the OOC schedule which is ranked #232. And 5 of their BE wins so far are Q3 or 4.

The one good thing right now about their remaining schedule if they get another 3-4 wins regular season- all are going to be Q1 or 2.

looks like they have to win @ DePaul and @ St John's- and then split with Marquette, @ Providence, UConn, and Seton Hall.

Should be a pretty ideal Tournament for the Big East. Won't have a ton of pressure/media hype given we're unlikely to have a #1 seed (see BE in 2011 with 11 teams or the Big Ten backlash last year once teams flamed out opening weekend), but likely two #2-4 seeds and also plenty of opportunities for other teams to advance. On Selection Sunday we should get plenty of respect (6 or 7 teams) but not a lot of criticism. Good position to be in.
