just based on the results I don't see who would be in over them. lots of teams in that 26-30 range lost.

Good to know. They're still ranked #18 in NET and beat the #1 team, so I think they deserve to stay in. Maybe around #22 or #23.

26 Alabama lost to Auburn and Kentucky(no shame, but still losses)
27 Murray St won both but they were vs Austin Peay and SIU-Edwardsville
28 St Mary's won both but they were vs Portland and Loyola Marymount
29 Boise St lost to Wyoming
30 Miami lost to Notre Dame and Virginia
31 Indiana lost to Illinois
even more-
25 LSU lost to Ole Miss and Vandy
and obviously 21 Xavier lost to DePaul
If 2 go out, I think it'd be those 2.

Probably giving the AP too much credit giving them any shot of going from 0 votes to ranked without any top 25 wins this week. Not saying they don't belong, I think they should get some votes, but the AP doesn't pay close enough attention to those teams (or really any teams outside the top 25). The majority I think simply look at the top 25 games for the week along with games from the conference/teams they cover.
