it's kind of cool with the makeups, Thursday games not as rare now this year. Got 8 Thursday's left including tonight and already we have games on 5 of those 8. Wouldn't be shocked if that number winds up being 6 or even 7 of the 8 when all is said and done.

from Rothstein:
Seton Hall's Alexis Yetna (head) will be available for today's game against DePaul, per a school spokesman.

DNP in last game.

Averages 9.8 PPG and 7 RPG.

Not a beauty pageant slate of games. Hall is the only one with a chance of an NCAA bid so that's the only game that matters. How is GTown a favorite?

I guess some of it is Butler only 6-6 in D1 games not exactly a really strong team.

Would say that game is kind of important. If Butler could win that game convincingly, they would move up from #142 in NET up at least into the 120's. That would get road games at Butler at least to Q2 level. That helps some- takes bad loss out of the picture realistically(don't think a Q2 loss can really be classified as a bad loss.

Bettors don't realize that Georgetown has no home court advantage, take Butler and the points.

Yeah totally would agree with you. Seems like a sucker bet TBH- like it's too obvious.

The Butler-Georgetown game is often my favorite type. Besides the possibility of Butler jumping to a different quadrant as Stever said, we can just enjoy this game on its own terms. Kind of like old September baseball before the expanded playoffs were introduced.

Looks like Seton Hall decided to continue a long tradition of no-showing at DePaul. That was far and away the most pathetic half of basketball I've seen in my life. Who gives up 50 points in a half to DePaul?
