I'd stop short of saying "must win" but it would certainly help. The Big East is setting up nicely to give them plenty of opportunities, but they'd have to dominate to get a 1 if they don't win today.

The problem is not just Nova taking losses, but we've had donated trophy wins to 3 other 1 seed candidates.

Right. Got the one Tennessee win but a loss today and that will be it. Trying to get a 1 seed, that won't cut it.

Man, Mike Anderson is a MASTER MOTIVATOR!!! Just an amazing hire and the Johnnies will be slashing and stabbing in the upcoming conference blood bath.

The conference with Anderson and Smart has gotten much more aggressive in the last few years(not to mention Hurley as well). Should help the conference come tourney time.
