Now they're 4-0 with wins over Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Creighton. Still have left UNLV with Wichita St.

Great day for them, but Colorado State was favored.

I was going off of Ken Pom, where Creighton was actually favored in.

Colorado State was favored -3 over Creighton, a 4th & 5th year player laden, very experienced team.

...and they shot 60% from the 3pt. line for the game???

can't believe what Cincy did to Illinois tonight. 71-51 beat down.

Big Ten definitely with a bad 1st 2 weeks.

1903 - The Dayton Flyers play their first intercollegiate basketball game.

April 2, 2020 - Anthony Grant Named Naismith National Coach Of The Year. Grant, a 1987 Dayton grad, had already been named Men's College Coach of the Year by the NABC, the USBWA, the Associated Press, The Sporting News, Fox Sports, and CBS Sports.com.

November 1, 2021 - For the first time since HS basketball player rankings began, Anthony Grant’s HS Class of 2021 is rated the highest in Flyers’ history.

November 1, 2021 - For the first time in the 118-year history of the UD basketball program, the Flyers have 12 players who are listed as freshmen.

November 20, 2021: Austin Peay 87, Dayton 81

November 20, 2021 - For the first time in the 118-year history of the UD basketball program, the Flyers lose three consecutive home “buy” games.

November 20, 2021 - For the first time in the 118-year history of the UD basketball program, a "Fire the Coach!” thread appears on a Dayton Flyers message board after only four games, with 178 posts in the first two days.

A bit of perspective and some patience wouldn’t go amiss this season.

In the past couple of days, a couple of the Big East's best wins lost a little of their luster.

Michigan got drubbed by Arizona - bad for Seton Hall.
Illinois got pasted by Cincy - bad for Marquette

Eh, I guarantee those are both high quality wins at the end of the year.

yeah I agree. short term, I think it did have some impact on Seton Hall as I think they jump more w/o that Arizona game. End of the day pretty meaningless, it's a guaranteed Q1 game(Michigan will be in the top 75).

Is the ACC where good programs go to die? What a mess they have down there. It seems that if you are outside the VA-NC corridor you are gonna struggle in the ACC

As long as you beat P6 competition you are good tbh. Because that P6 competition will beat down on the mid/low-majors and boost their NET/RPI which will boost your own. So those wins will always look good

So the Big East just needs to keep beating the P6. The upcoming BE-B12 Battle is huge for March
