Heh, heh, heh. Well, for one, it's "way too early" to call

CONSPIRACY THEORY

so I'll just say this... YouConn and Xavier have both made a couple of preseason polls thus far. I expect the Johnnies and the Warrior/GE's to
make some poll noise as well with all the influx of transfers both schools are getting. So it's still early.

By June -July things should shake out to the BE having 3-4 preseason ranked teams. I'd expect to see YouConn, Marquette, Creighton, and Nova as
the most likely ranked teams after everything shakes out this summer. The Johnnies or X could replace UConn or Marquette. We'll see what transpires.

;)

Great to see my boy Dixon getting some pub/PR and ink for a potential starting spot in Radnor. 'bout time...

Cr8n??, you say? Yep. Mac is reloading - watch and learn - Jays go from Way off the radar (out in the deep corn) to back in the top 10-15. ;)

Luv ya, gtmo

$10 million addition to Xavier's Cintas Center - - additional practice facility space:

The Big East is well positioned with facilities already overall, but keeping up with the P5, or in a number of cases exceeding P5 facilities can only help the cause of the BE sustaining its strong position in college hoops.

Nothing new. We never get a ton of representation in the pre-season polls because unlike the P5, the media doesn't just give us respect. We need to re-earn it every year in OOC play and as usual, we will (assuming we get to play full OOC schedules at least). We'll start the year with 1 ranked team but we'll have at least 3 by the time conference play starts.

Mostly accurate look at who left and who's back. Seems to be a dividing line on the veteran teams next year and the rebuilds:

Veteran: Nova, UConn, Butler, Providence, Hall, X
Rebuild: Creighton, DePaul, GT, Marquette, StJ

Correction for Gtmo:
Reload: Creighton

Thanks Wiz. It is what it is. Jus' callin' it as I see it!

Jays will be in the top tier, contending and winning. Probably winning
the BE.
