2020 Top 100 Recruits:
#60 Xavier- Dwon Odom
#91 Xavier- C.J. Wilcher

2020 Top 100 Crystal Ball:
#32 Marquette- Dawson Garcia (50%)
#69 Xavier- Niels Lane (100%)
#74 Marquette- Justin Lewis (100%)
#75 Seton Hall- Darius Maddox (100%)
#76 Xavier- Ben Carlson (40%)
#78 Marquette- Jamari Sibley (100%)
#82 Georgetown- Terrance Williams (75%)
#85 Marquette- R.J. Davis (100%)
#87 St. John's- Nate Tabor (67%)
#99 Seton Hall- Posh Alexander (100%)

That's 2 commits and 10 additional recruits with at least 40% odds. Also keep in mind that a large portion of the list doesn't have crystal ball picks yet.

Considering that our two biggest teams (Nova and UConn) aren't on the list I think this can actually be a pretty big recruiting class. Yes, I get that Nova and UConn have big 2019 classes, but I'd be shocked if neither gets a top 100 recruit for 2020.

I would be remiss in my duties if I didn't say this list... makes me... want to.... vomit.

Creighton is the only Big East team without either A. a top 100 2019 recruit or B. leading (crystal ball) for a top 100 2020 recruit. Gtmo may be right about McDermott if Creighton doesn't make the Tournament this year.

Oh man did you have to summon Git?

We are doing pretty good with guards, I can't complain too much but it's been baffling how Mac has been completely incapable of landing a Big East (Big, Athletic, Dominant, etc) 4 or 5. We've been recruiting for this conference since 2013... that's SIX YEARS. Long time to not get a single Big East big man, most confusing of all is that Mac was a Center himself at Northern Iowa. He was pretty good too, quite physical from what I understand.

What about Justin Patton, Martin Krampelj, and Jacob Epperson? I'd consider all of them "Big East bigs". Patton was a monster

Relax fellas...I am resigned to the Wait n See mode on Jays recruiting and Mac. One never knows where your help will come from. We may get a 2020 surprise. Antwann Jones is a top 100 (former) transfer...does that count?

It would take another 9th-10th place finish to ratchet up the "can Mac" discussions. I don't see that happening with the talent on hand. Unfortunately CU is right where our current spending level says we should be - Middling Major. Oh f'in well.

Adoras, Jays making the dance this season is a given. 2nd place finish in the BE guarantees dancing.

Patton was a stud I agree and our first NBA center since Benoit Benjamin in 1985... still waiting for a Patrick Ewing

Lol so is everyone not named Georgetown. Think your standards are a little out of whack. Patton is arguably the best big man in the first 6 years of the conference

Nice to hear that! I agree. He was a local kid and Mac did get him as a very skinny sophomore and somehow kept him a Jay when he became a 4-star. I really enjoyed his year but Mo Watson's injury really derailed that season. With Watson healthy I'd say that was the best CU team I've ever seen.

True, that was a real shame. That was a great team and really fun to watch with him running the show
