Really good 4 star guard in 2015 class from New Jersey.

Announcing his college decision at noon tomorrow and he visited Marquette this weekend I believe. Good sign. Can Marquette continue to bolster the roster?

He just took a visit to X for the Nova game and he visited Marquette over the weekend, sounds like its either X or Marquette.

The Marquette roster has a big whole at point guard. I don't think Xavier gets the nod with Austin, Randolph, and Sumner on Xavier's roster.

I brought this up on BluejayUnderground a while back, too. Marquette is really lacking at point guard for next year with Noskowiak de-commiting, while X seems to have plenty of PGs on the roster (and is full scholarship wise? - X fans can confirm). CU is also full scholarship wise at the moment. So Marquette seems like the most likely landing place for Carter out of all of his BE suitors.

Xavier has one scholarship still available in the 2015 class.

Thanks for passing that along. I'll update my league scholarship matrix.

I would imagine if they miss on Carter they will wait for potential decommits from coaching changes or get a fifth year guy. If no one is good enough they will take a transfer; likely a big to replace Reynolds, who is likely only to play three years. Reynolds will graduate next year, is old for his class, and will likely play pro ball somewhere.

Xavier could give Myles Davis some run at point guard next year too if Austin, Randolph, or Sumner can not hack it.

Sounds like he is likely leaning Marquette. 4 star ESPN, Scout and Rivals. Would be a nice get, they really need a PG.
