Yep, first thing I thought of when I saw that. Now it wouldn't apply to graduate transfers so a guy potentially like Bynum. Biggest one it would apply to obviously would be Hopkins.

Good news for the league in general since the Big East did the best of any conference last year with the portal. St. John's transfers (Curbelo, Jones) unfortunately didn't work out, though.
