I think they would need to beat Virginia in the QF to make it in. It's funny that might be a game that folks in the league actually want UNC to win to knock Virginia off any chance of being ahead of UConn or Xavier. And possibly allowing Creighton to top them as well.

Good point, but I personally would root for UVA (or whoever they play on Wednesday).
