It's possible for sure. would take those 2 losing out just about... which would give wins to:
from Xavier- St John's, Georgetown(ok no help there)
from Creighton- UConn, Seton Hall(potentially big help there for both- particularly Seton Hall who is trying to get out of the 7 seed realm...)

and then in the BET quite possibly Creighton would play Marquette so a win there is big for Marquette. Xavier probably getting someone like Butler or DePaul won't help that much at all.

ESPN main page:

For better or worse, the picture has changed for several Bubble Watch teams:

Seton Hall is rising. It wasn't too long ago that mock brackets were showing the Pirates as an iffy No. 10 seed. Now, after a road win at Xavier completed the season sweep of the Musketeers, Kevin Willard's team may be within 80 minutes of lock status.

Xavier is slipping. Losing at home to Seton Hall by 16 constituted one of the highest "leverage" bubble games of the season for any team. The Musketeers plunged in the NET rankings, and the loss ensured that Travis Steele's group will finish under .500 in Big East play. True, that record is missing a road date at Georgetown that was canceled in January. Nevertheless, a Wednesday Big East tournament pairing with Butler, DePaul or the Hoyas would do XU no favors.

Feels like Seton Hall is pretty safe IMO and is now just playing for seeding.

Lunardi did one of his daily updates and now has Creighton in Dayton as the 4th team in.

He has UConn as 17 right now and said if they win they could move up to a 4 seed(though think that's tied to Arkansas).

The problem for Seton Hall is currently being lined up to play Georgetown twice more. As long as that potential bad loss is still in the schedule, it's hard to feel completely safe. Realistically they could probably eat one of them and still get in, but it would hurt.

Creighton barely moves when they win, but sinks instantly for losing a Q1 game

I'm guessing some of it is the injury playing a factor in things.
