Former recruit Connor Turnbull back on campus to visit with the new staff today.

David Ragland, who recruited Lukosius and Turnbull under LaVall Jordan, was retained on Wednesday by Thad Matta. Thursday Luko recommitted, today Turnbull is back visiting. I see no coincidences.

Butler picks up 6-11 NC State transfer Manny Bates. One scholarship remaining - likely to either pocket it for a mid-season transfer or go after a point guard to share time with the other guards.

Just 5 weeks ago people were openly questioning Butler's ability to compete in the Big East, loud enough that their president came out and made some furious comments about that notion at Thad Matta's introduction. I don't think many people are questioning Butler today. Well done, guys.
