Will there be any news that comes from the meeting today? Leaks? Rumors? I sure hope so because his is killing my productivity at work.

As events unfold, perhaps unforseen developments really impact the proposed plan that launched this effort. While not well acquainted with the Big East, the current defections and projected defections percipitated at least in part by the Holy 7 notice of leaving have brought up the logical question of whether there will be a Big East league existing in the next several years.
What seems to be happening may operate to move the timing up on what developes with the offspring "Holy 7" group. Have seen reports that the official move would be hastened from 2015 to 2014. But with what is happening, could it be 2013 when a basic new league emerges? Don't know if that would be possible with notice requirements, etc, but the Big East may be dismantled sooner than imagined.
