doubt it. this has come up before and will come up again. he's happy at nova and simply isn't interested in leaving for the nba.

Great for Nova and great for the league. Now I think Jay should stop worrying about BB so much and start playing more golf. He should focus on other outside interests. I don't even see any need for him to show up for the games anymore. Maybe just check in once in a while to see how things are going!

You know, I think you're onto something.

Sorry, NOVA fans, I recommend that the other 10 conference schools come together to fund a Jay Wright Quality of Life Account, from which all initiation fees and ongoing dues for Pine Valley Golf Club will be paid, along with limo service to get him to and from the club, and a standing $1k bar tab per month (it would have been $2k had he been intelligent enough to attend a Jesuit school).

Merion won't work. We need to get him across the river. He won't be close enough to Radnor that way in case he gets uppity during a round - of golf or drinking - and wants to pop in to see how things are going on campus. He's so charismatic, he can phone it in - literally: just Facetime with his players instead of being there in person. Safety, first, especially these days.

For a while, I thought that Sam Hinkie was creating a situation that'd be too good to not take. Jay would have literally walked into a dynasty situation. But we can thank Adam Silver and his cronies for literally infiltrating the Sixers organization and leave it in ruins.

Lol, Trust me Dash, even though my brain was telling me there's no way he'd leave, got to tell you, I still sweat it out every year! We are very fortunate to have the guy.

Nah, this would have been the tough one. Unlike before, the Sixers are now good. He was never going to take a job where he'd have to move, but going to the Sixers would have required no relocation. If he was ever going to jump, this would have been it, but the timing probably precluded him from seriously considering it. If this was in May, I think it would have been a very tough decision for him.
